Mark is a Senior Associate at HighVista Strategies and focuses on the firm’s venture capital strategy. He joined HighVista in 2023 as part of its acquisition of the abrdn US private markets business. Mark is responsible for supporting the diligence and investment activities of the venture team by analyzing and monitoring the performance of the firm’s existing fund managers and underlying portfolio companies, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities.. Mark joined FLAG Capital Management in 2012, where he was an analyst on the performance analytics team prior to its acquisition by abrdn in 2015. Previously, Mark spent three years at Energy Services Group as a Wholesale Energy Analyst. Mark received a BS from Brandeis University.
