Partner & Managing Director, Relationship Management

Caroline is a Partner and Managing Director of Relationship Management at HighVista Strategies, and joined the firm in 2012. Previously, Caroline was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. Her career began at Goldman Sachs with stints in both the Capital Markets and Securities businesses, where she advised corporations and institutional investors on investing and hedging strategies. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston Collegiate Charter School. Caroline received an AB summa cum laude from Princeton University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
